Ate at the bar this evening. Alexis was my server. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I ordered the 7 pepper NY Strip special, and it was absolutely fantastic! I requested it Pittsburgh medium rare and it was perfect!! Great flavor and cooked to perfection. Outstanding meal experience.

Great food, but I feel like it’s lost it’s touch. Not what it used to be for a steak house. Maybe I went on the wrong day? The environment seemed daft! Giving it another try.. because the food and drinks are stellar!!

The waiter we had was phenomenal!! The food was ok. Overall a pretty good experience but definitely should have been better for the price. The waiter, however, was the best I have ever had!

This is a chain restaurant, but they do an excellent job. Service was really good, and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend the lamb chops.

Excellent quality. Steak was flavored perfectly. The smoky Mac and cheese was wonderful. Even the butter was great. Definitely one of the most quality restaurants in cedarloo area. Expensive but worth it

Delicious. Steak cooked to perfection and a lobster baked potato that was out of this world. Helpful staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. Alexis (Alexa??) was excellent behind the bar and clearly had been doing her job awhile. Prices are high for what is essentially a fancy "famous Dave's" but worth it for a nice date night in a nice atmosphere with excellent food.

Best steakhouse in the area. Great service Fast, Courteous, never too pushy. Signature sides are excellent. I think the Seafood is better than the Red place.

Small steaks, big prices... The place is very clean. The restrooms are adequate as long as you don't need a family restroom. The staff are friendly and prompt... it's just really expensive for what it is.

Steak was good! Not salty because they changed the marinade. Couldn't get a refill on drinks even after asking. A cup of coffee for $2.99 and finally asked if we needed a refill after paying the bill.

Great as always !! We just celebrated my mothers 80th birthday with dinner and we chose Longhorn because you can always count on a great meal and they did not disappoint us again. They helped make it even more special by bringing her a birthday lava cake with icecream for all to share.....how nice this is.

Wow! What a great dining experience! The food... the service ...the ability to make a reservation for 20 with little notice! Jennifer and Tryston were exceptional - they were by far the best at customer service. They both had great attitudes and make sure we were taken care of with drinks, appetizers, our food coming out HOT and nothing was wrong with any of our meals. We had a time frame we needed to be in and out of the restaurant...and they had us out with 10 minutes to spare! I'm beyond pleased with this location! Thanks you

Our dinners were good. Service was ok. Not as good as the last time we dined there. Bloody Mary was too plain and pricey. Meal prices were decent. Host that greeted and sat us was very friendly and actually delivered our drinks as we had been sitting for awhile. Also did not get bread and butter timely.

It's been awhile since eating here but when I was at Long Horn lastime I was really excited and very impressed it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time from a steakhouse the service was top notch and the food was delicious and cooked how I liked keep up the good work will definitely be back thanks again

Nice staff. Friendly and helpful even though I'd come in late in the evening. Comfy booth and room temperature. Good environment. Tasty sides that were good amounts for your money. Only issue- Though my steak wasn't their top one which I knew when ordering. I still expected more. I knew it'd be smaller as I wanted but the gristle made it even less which was disappointing.

It was good food, as to be expected... But, we were told 45 min wait when we called ahead for 6pm... Waited an hour and a half and only got seated because we stayed on them. Needed a little more structure on that front, especially when it's a busy time of year!

Meal and service were good. I want to alert you of the "reception" when we arrived. The lady at the desk hardly recognized us and was intently looking at her screen. The most annoying thing was that there was no eye contact on her part. If she was trying to find a table for us, I can understand that. But I think it is very unprofessional and rude to not make eye contact with the customer, which is a part of welcoming the customer. I hope you can give this attention and wish you the best as you continue to serve the public in the Valley.

Shrimp was ok. Prime Rib was excellent. Mac & Chesse was good. Only a 3 star because we would have liked bake potato and spinach dish but they were out of both. I personally wouldn't recommend this place.

The food was wonderful. Our Server was awesome. I loved both the Parmesan Crusted chicken and the loaded baked potato soup. We had the chicken bites as an appetizer they were great too.
